I strive to provide the best experience for all my clients, which is why I have the following policies in place to ensure fairness and efficiency.
Late Policy

Clients are given a 5-minute grace period for their appointment.

If you arrive later than 5 minutes past your scheduled time, your appointment will need to be rescheduled to maintain the schedule for other clients.

If you are 10 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show.
No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, it will be marked as a no-show.

Repeat no-shows may result in being blocked from booking future appointments.
Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled less than 12 hours before the scheduled time are considered last-minute cancellations.

While I understand emergencies happen, repeat last-minute cancellations may result in being blocked from future bookings.
CHEMICAL & Extension Appointments

A no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of your color appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
