Welcome to Grit n Groom Barber Studio. By booking services or visiting our studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General
Grit n Groom Barber Studio is a single-chair barber studio owned and operated by Amanda Batcha. We strive to provide high-quality grooming services in a professional and comfortable environment.
2. Appointments
• Booking: All services are by appointment only and can be scheduled online or by phone. Same-day appointments are subject to availability.
• Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule or shorten the service time to avoid delaying other clients.
• Cancellations & Rescheduling: We request at least 12 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee or being blocked from booking future appointments.
3. Payments
• Accepted Methods: We accept cash, debit/credit cards, Venmo, Apple Pay and other payment methods as listed on our booking platform.
• Deposits: A deposit may be required to confirm your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service cost.
• Pricing: Service prices are subject to change without notice. Please check our current rates before booking.
4. Client Conduct
• Grit n Groom Barber Studio reserves the right to refuse service to any client who exhibits inappropriate, rude, or disrespectful behavior.
• Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during their service.
5. Health and Safety
• If you have any health or skin conditions that may affect your service, please inform your barber prior to the appointment.
• Clients exhibiting any symptoms of illness may be asked to reschedule for the safety of our staff and other clients.
6. Personal Belongings
Grit n Groom Barber Studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items. Please keep your belongings with you during your appointment.
7. Liability
While we strive to provide excellent services, Grit n Groom Barber Studio is not liable for any allergic reactions, skin irritations, or other adverse effects resulting from the use of products during services. It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any known allergies or sensitivities.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
redo/refund policy
At Grit n Groom Barber Studio, we aim for complete client satisfaction. However, we understand that issues may arise.
Please review our refund and redo policy below:
1. Refund Policy
• Services: Refunds are not provided for services once they have been rendered. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please refer to the redo policy below.
• Products: If you have purchased any products from our studio, returns are only accepted if the product is unopened and in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase. No refunds are issued for opened or used products.
2. Redo Policy
• Services: If you are unhappy with your haircut or grooming service, please contact us within 5 days of your appointment. We will offer a complimentary adjustment or redo to meet your expectations. Redo requests made after 5 days, or after significant changes have been made by another stylist, will not be honored.
• Conditions: To qualify for a redo, the client must have followed all aftercare instructions provided by the barber. Any dissatisfaction resulting from not following these instructions will not be eligible for a redo.
